When you visit our website, your IP address as well as the start and end of your session are recorded temporarily. This is strictly for technical operation and security purposes and constitutes a legitimate interest according to Art 6(1)(f) GDPR. No personal usage profiles are created.
If you contact us via email or a contact form, the data you provide (name, email address, message) will be stored by us for up to six months to process your inquiry and handle follow-up questions. We do not share this data without your consent.
This website is hosted on infrastructure provided by Vercel Inc. (San Francisco, US) and Google Cloud Platform (europe-west4, Netherlands). Standard server logs are retained by these providers in accordance with their data processing agreements with us.

This website uses no tracking cookies. Essential technical cookies may be set by our hosting provider (Vercel) solely for session integrity and load balancing. No third-party analytics or advertising cookies are used.
Zero Retention & Compliance (TP Automator)
For compliance tools operating on our secure subdomains (e.g., Transfer Pricing Automator), financial data and internal corporate documents are processed under a strict "Zero Retention" policy. Uploaded documents are vectorized for processing and immediately purged from temporary storage after processing. Encrypted data is firewalled to specific project nodes.
Your Rights
You generally have the rights to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation, and objection regarding your stored data. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde, datenschutzbehoerde.gv.at).
