We process your data exclusively on the basis of legal regulations (GDPR, TKG 2003). In this data protection information, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the framework of our website.
Data Collection & Usage
When you visit our website, your IP address, begin, and end of the session are recorded for the duration of this session. This is for technical reasons and thus constitutes a legitimate interest according to Art 6(1)(f) GDPR. Unless stated otherwise below, this data is not processed further.
If you contact us via a form on the website or by email, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months in order to process the inquiry and for any follow-up questions. We do not share this data without your consent.
Zero Retention & Compliance (TP Automator)
For compliance tools operating on our secure subdomains (e.g., Transfer Pricing Automator), financial data and internal corporate documents are processed under a strict "Zero Retention" policy. Uploaded documents are vectorized for processing and immediately purged from temporary storage after processing. Encrypted data is firewalled to specific project nodes.
Your Rights
You generally have the rights to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation, and objection regarding your stored data. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection claims have otherwise been violated, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde).
