Terms of Service

1. Scope of Application

These Terms of Service apply to all consulting services and software access (SaaS) provided by Finest Selection Group GmbH and Finestselection e.U.. Deviating conditions of the client are only valid if we have expressly agreed to them in writing.

2. Platform Access & SaaS

For access to our digital platforms (TCC, TP Automator, RCM, RaD Navigator), clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software for internal business purposes during the contract term.

3. Confidentiality

We commit to absolute confidentiality regarding all business and trade secrets of the client. This obligation remains in effect indefinitely even after the termination of the contract. The AI models utilized via our platform operate under a strict zero-retention policy and are not trained on client data.

4. Applicable Law

Austrian law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is Vienna, Austria.
